Literature and Creative Writing

We offer courses in literature appreciation that cover a wide range of novels, short stories, prose and poetry from the classics to the contemporary; while creative writing classes can set you on the way to producing that first novel, play or film script or help you to write your memoirs or just express yourself better in language.

They say that everyone has at least one novel inside them. Come and discover yours and a variety of techniques for awakening your creativity and expressing yourself in prose or poetry, drama or film. Structure and plotting, characterisation and descriptive technique will be taught, useful not only for producing potential literary masterpieces and bestsellers but also knocking your memoirs into shape - or just expressing yourself better with words.
