To work in partnership with employers to enable them to improve their organisation's performance through developing their staff.

As a large adult education college, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality training to our adult audience, recognising the skills needed to drive the workforce forward and develop each individual’s potential.

With our specialist approach to delivering training, we seek to serve the adult community by offering choice and flexibility in learning. We recognise that people have busy lives and we aim to meet individual needs by delivering courses at convenient times. For some programmes, we can offer flexible or distance learning as another option. If you have suitable training facilities of your own, we can come to you.
