Childcare at Bromley Adult Education College

Ofsted registered childcare is available at Kentwood, Widmore and Poverest Centres, accepting children from newborn to four years old.   The nurseries are open during college term times, 34 weeks of the year, on weekdays  from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm (3.45pm on Fridays).

The nurseries are all registered to accept eligible 3 and 4 year olds for  Nursery Education Funded (NEF) places within a minimum session of 31/2 hours (3 hours Friday pm).  NEF =15 hours weekly (5 x 3 hour sessions or 3 x 5 hour sessions).

Places availabe for College students and staff and can be booked for the number of hours required.

This arrangement applies directly to the relevant day and time of the course or working hours of the parent/carer.

Fees are payable termly in advance.

£6.60 per hour (from birth until start of term after 2nd birthday)

£5.60 per hour (from start of term after 2nd birthday).

Students - if you qualify for help with Bromley Adult Education College course fees, you may be entitled to help with some or all of your nursery fees. Please ask for details.

Sessional places available for non-students with option to book:

Morning session   9.00am-12.30pm

Afternoon session 1.00pm-4.30pm (3.45 pm Fridays)

Full Day session     9.00am-4.30pm(3.45pm Fridays)

Lunch is offered at £2.25 per day for children attending a full day session.

 Fees are payable termly in advance
