Course Summary Forms
Many courses have summary forms or information leaflets which will tell you much more about the course. If you request one, we will post fax or email a copy to you. These are also available on this website.
Limitations
Whilst we endeavour to maintain high levels of accuracy in our programme, we regret we may occasionally need to make changes to the course information following publication.
We always endeavour to run the published courses. Courses are only cancelled as a last resort if there are insufficient enrolments to make them financially viable.
Every effort is made to arrange alternative tutors if your tutor is unavailable. However, in the event that a lesson has to be cancelled, we will make every attempt to inform all learners.
Complaints Procedure
The College has a published Complaints Policy, details of which are available on the Policies and Procedures page of this website.
What we are working towards
Whilst we strive for continuous service improvement by self -assessing our work, we need you to contribute to this process. If you have any comments about our information and advice services, please let us know.
